Village Babies provides working parents with a reliable, hassle free solution to childcare and is located in a comfortable, self-contained, air-conditioned building within the school grounds. Babies staff are carefully chosen for their calm, patient and caring nature; you will find them friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about baby care.

Pre-Start Visit

A week or two before your baby starts you will be asked to book a pre-start visit to bring your baby into nursery, this provides an opportunity to meet staff and discuss your baby’s needs. If you wish, we can also arrange some visits where you leave your baby for a play, this can help you get used to leaving your baby before you start work.

Your baby’s Feeds and Routines

Your baby will have their own individual programme for feeds, meal times and sleeps - routines are very flexible and are always sensitive to you and your child’s needs. Special dietary needs can be accommodated and help and advice can be given if required. Initially, we will make up your baby’s feed in a separate feed preparation room from the powdered milk you bring in. Later, when your baby is weaning we will work together with you and we can either blend food freshly cooked from the nursery kitchen or you may continue to provide your own food.
