Monton Village Nursery School is a small, OFSTED registered, independent nursery school. It has a very proud tradition and was first established in 1984 as the Monton Montessori School and later becoming the Monton Preparatory School. The school changed ownership in 1999 when it became Monton Village School, providing independent nursery and infant school education.

The school today, still remains faithful to its founding traditions and now concentrates on providing a traditional style of nursery schooling, delivering serious educational content by using a wide range of exciting, creative activities. Children soon become enthusiastic learners; quickly and naturally developing a wide range of advanced skills, confident in their learning abilities and well prepared for future education.

The school has now extended these traditions and principles to the care and education of the very youngest children, providing a wonderfully, loving, caring but stimulating environment for children under 2 years old and down to as young as just 3 months old.
